Toyota Coaster umrah transport means one private minibus and one driver for 12 to 17 pilgrims and up to 20 large suitcases. The Coaster costs 400 SAR from Jeddah Airport to a Makkah hotel and 900 SAR from Makkah to Madinah. The fare is for the whole vehicle, not per person.
The Toyota Coaster keeps your whole group and its leader in one vehicle. Your driver stops for prayer when you ask and takes you from the airport or hotel to your next hotel. You book the Coaster and confirm the fixed fare on WhatsApp before you travel.

Seats, Bags & Who It Suits
The Toyota Coaster in the Online Umrah Taxi fleet seats 17 passengers. It holds up to 20 large suitcases, plus the hand luggage your group keeps on board. It is the largest vehicle Online Umrah Taxi runs, and it suits groups of roughly 12 to 17 people.
The Coaster bus suits umrah travellers who move as one party. Extended families, mosque and community groups, friends travelling together and small tour groups book it. Everyone rides in one vehicle, so nobody waits for a second car or loses sight of their bags.
Toyota builds the Coaster, a single-deck minibus from Japan first built in 1969, in several seat layouts. Seat counts therefore differ between Coasters on Saudi roads. Online Umrah Taxi books its Coaster as a 17-seat vehicle, so tell the team your exact head count, including children.
Luggage is the other half of the question. Twenty large suitcases is about one big case each for a full group, with a few spare. Count Zamzam and shopping in your bag total on the way home, since airline rules vary.
Coaster Trips
The Toyota Coaster runs every published Online Umrah Taxi route, from a short station transfer to the full Makkah to Madinah road. These six trips suit a group of 12 to 17 especially well.
The Coaster collects your group at King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) for 400 SAR to your Makkah hotel. One driver with one name sign meets the whole party in arrivals.
The Coaster costs 900 SAR between a Makkah hotel and a Madinah hotel, in either direction, for the whole party.
A Coaster Makkah Ziyarat costs 400 SAR for the group. The driver waits at each stop while you visit and pray, outside the Hajj days only.
A Madinah Ziyarat in the Coaster costs 400 SAR, or 500 SAR with Wadi-e-Jinn added. Masjid Quba, Masjid al-Qiblatain and Mount Uhud are typical stops.
The Coaster return trip to Masjid Ayesha costs 220 SAR, and to Masjid Jirana 240 SAR. The driver waits while the group enters Ihram and prays.
A one-way Coaster between a Makkah hotel and a Taif hotel costs 560 SAR. The same-day Makkah to Taif and return trip costs 750 SAR, with the day plan agreed on WhatsApp.
Why One Minibus
A Toyota Coaster puts 17 pilgrims in one vehicle with one driver and one fixed fare. For a group, that means fewer phone calls, fewer meeting points and every bag in the same place.
Everyone leaves and arrives at the same moment, so the group leader counts heads once.
The Coaster fare covers the whole minibus, so each pilgrim’s share falls as the group fills it.
The driver loads and unloads the group’s large suitcases at every pickup and drop-off.
Ask the driver to stop for prayer, and the whole group prays and boards again together.
The group leader handles the booking, the times and any changes in a single WhatsApp chat.
Online Umrah Taxi is licensed by the Saudi Transport Authority, and its drivers speak English and Arabic.

Every fare is in SAR for the whole Toyota Coaster, not per person, and is fixed before you travel. Most bookings need no pre-payment: pay the driver in cash or use a secure online payment link. Routes not listed are quoted on WhatsApp. Our group fares by vehicle help you weigh one Coaster against two smaller vehicles.

Seventeen on the Road
The Toyota Coaster fare between a Makkah hotel and a Madinah hotel is 900 SAR for the whole minibus, in either direction. The drive covers roughly 450 km and usually takes about 4.5 to 5 hours with stops. The Makkah to Madinah taxi page covers the route itself in full.
Some streets near Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi can be closed to large vehicles. So the group’s pickup point is agreed on WhatsApp before the day. Everyone then boards together at one spot.
Ask the driver for prayer and rest stops on any long drive, including the Taif road. The Coaster pulls in at a road stop so the group can pray, stretch and use the facilities. Older pilgrims often find these breaks make a long day easier.
Compare the Fleet
Choose by head count first, then by suitcases. The Toyota Hiace takes 11 people and 14 bags, so it suits groups of 8 to 11. Families of up to 7 fit a Hyundai Staria, GMC Yukon XL or Chevrolet Suburban, and a couple fits a Toyota Camry.

Each price is the fixed Makkah hotel to Madinah hotel fare for the whole vehicle, and the return fare is the same.
Booking Steps
The group leader arranges the Coaster in a single WhatsApp thread. Send the route and the group details, and Online Umrah Taxi confirms the fixed fare and the pickup plan.
Share the route, date, pickup time, the number of adults and children, and the number of large suitcases.
For airport pickups, send the flight number. For hotel pickups, send the exact hotel names at both ends.
The team confirms the Coaster fare and where the minibus meets you, especially near the Haram.
The driver loads the bags, the group boards, and you ride together to your next stop.
A group of 12 to 17 can ride in one Toyota Coaster, or split between a Toyota Hiace and a 7-seater such as the Hyundai Staria. Both setups work well, and the right one depends on how your group likes to travel. For the road-or-train question between the holy cities, see the Makkah to Madinah taxi page.

Airport & Hotel
A group arriving at King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) needs one clear meeting point. The Coaster driver waits in arrivals with one name sign for the whole party. The Toyota Coaster fare from JED to a Makkah hotel is 400 SAR, and the drive is roughly 100 km, about 1 to 1.5 hours.
Send the flight number when you book, and Online Umrah Taxi tracks the flight with no charge if the landing is late. The driver loads the suitcases at arrivals and unloads them at the hotel, and the Jeddah Airport to Makkah taxi page covers this route in full.
Hotels next to Masjid al-Haram can be hard to reach by car, and a minibus may have to stop further out than a sedan. Send your hotel name on WhatsApp before you travel. The team confirms the nearest drop-off point the Coaster can use, and the driver unloads your bags there.

What’s on Board
Like the smaller vehicles, the Coaster is air-conditioned and cleaned before every trip, with free Wi-Fi, bottled water and refreshments.
Some things are not listed on board: a toilet, microphone, fridge or luggage trailer, so plan comfort breaks as prayer and rest stops. The 17-seat Coaster is the largest vehicle in this fleet. A bigger party books more than one vehicle through umrah group transport.
Hand luggage travels in the cabin with the group. Keep medicines, prayer mats and Ihram clothing in a small bag at your seat, so nobody has to open a suitcase at a road stop.
Group Routes
A Coaster Ziyarat lets the whole group see the holy sites in one vehicle. The Makkah Ziyarat taxi covers Jabal al-Nour, Arafat and Mina, visited outside the Hajj days only. Online Umrah Taxi does not provide rides inside the holy sites during Hajj (8 to 13 Dhul Hijjah).
Group of 8 to 11? The Toyota Hiace umrah taxi seats 11 with 14 bags, and costs 350 SAR from JED to Makkah.
More than 17 pilgrims? Several vehicles can be booked for the same pickup time, as the umrah group transport page explains.
To compare every vehicle side by side, see the umrah taxi fleet.
Dates fixed for your group? Book umrah taxi online and name the Coaster, or send the details on WhatsApp.

Seats, Bags & Choice

Book the Toyota Coaster for roughly 12 to 17 people, or the Toyota Hiace for up to 11 with 14 bags; a group of 11 with heavy luggage may still prefer the Coaster’s 20-bag space. The Toyota Hiace umrah taxi page covers the Hiace-or-Coaster choice in full.
The Coaster fare is for the whole minibus, not per person. The Jeddah Airport to Makkah hotel fare is 400 SAR whether your group fills 12 seats or all 17. Nothing is charged per bag.
A toilet, microphone and fridge are not listed for the Coaster, so plan for prayer and rest stops on long drives. Air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, bottled water and refreshments are included. Ask on WhatsApp if your group needs anything else.
Book two or more vehicles for the same pickup time through one WhatsApp contact, for example a Toyota Coaster plus a Toyota Hiace for up to 28 people. Each vehicle is charged its own fixed fare: from Jeddah Airport to Makkah, 400 SAR for the Coaster and 350 SAR for the Hiace. The umrah group transport page explains how larger groups plan every leg.
Tell us the children’s ages when you book on WhatsApp, because Saudi traffic rules require child restraints for young children. If one of your pilgrims uses a wheelchair, mention it on WhatsApp so the team can suggest a vehicle.
