Online Umrah Taxi Cancellation Policy
To change or cancel an Online Umrah Taxi ride, message +966 56 323 2855 on WhatsApp before your pickup time; there is no extra fee. The same rule covers airport pickups, intercity transfers, Ziyarat tours and Meeqat trips.
Most rides need no pre-payment, so a cancelled ride you have not paid for leaves nothing to refund. If you paid by online link, the team arranges your refund to the original payment method. This page explains how changes, refunds, delayed or cancelled flights and late trains work.

How to Cancel Your Ride
1. The rule in one line
You can cancel any Online Umrah Taxi booking by sending a WhatsApp message before the pickup time. No cancellation fee applies when you cancel before pickup, and you do not need to give a reason.
2. What to send
A clear message helps the team find your booking quickly. Please include:
- the lead passenger’s name, as given when you booked
- the date and pickup time of the ride
- the pickup point and destination
- the flight number, for an airport pickup
- the word “cancel”, so there is no confusion with a change
3. Other ways to reach us
WhatsApp is the quickest channel, and the line is staffed 24/7. You can also call the same number or send an email; every contact detail is at the bottom of this page. If your pickup is soon, please use WhatsApp or call, so the team sees your message in time. The team confirms the cancellation back to you on WhatsApp.
If you booked for a relative or friend, you can cancel on their behalf from your own number. Mention the traveller’s name so the right ride is cancelled.

4. What you can change
Plans move during a pilgrimage, and there is no fee for changing a booking before pickup. Message the team on WhatsApp before the pickup time to change any of these:
- the pickup time or the date
- the pickup point, such as a different hotel or entrance
- the vehicle, for example a Toyota Camry to a Hyundai Staria when more family members join
- the route or destination, or an added stop
5. When a change affects the fare
Online Umrah Taxi fares are fixed per vehicle and route. There is no fee to change or cancel before the pickup time. If a change alters the route or vehicle, the new fixed fare is confirmed on WhatsApp before you travel.

6. Please tell us early
An early message lets the team reassign the driver and keep a vehicle free for another pilgrim. This is a courtesy we ask for, not a condition of the no-fee rule.
Groups, Tours and Meeqat
Group Bookings, Ziyarat and Meeqat Trips
7. Group bookings with several vehicles
Each vehicle in a group booking carries its own fixed fare, so each vehicle can be changed or cancelled on its own. A group leader can drop one vehicle, or swap it for a smaller one, by WhatsApp before that vehicle’s pickup time. The rest of the group’s booking stays as it is.

8. Ziyarat tours
Makkah and Madinah Ziyarat tours follow the same rule as any ride, so you can move the day or start time, or cancel, before pickup. The tour options are listed on the Makkah Ziyarat taxi page.
9. Meeqat trips
Meeqat return trips, such as Masjid Ayesha (Tan’eem) or Masjid Jirana, can be changed or cancelled the same way. You might move a Meeqat trip to suit a prayer time or your group’s rest. Details of each site are on the Meeqat taxi Makkah page.
Refunds

10. If you paid nothing in advance
Most Online Umrah Taxi rides need no pre-payment, so there is no deposit to return. When you cancel a ride you have not paid for, the booking simply closes and you owe nothing.
11. If you paid by online payment link
Some pilgrims prefer to pay ahead through a secure online payment link. If you cancel that ride before pickup, contact the team on WhatsApp or by email. The Online Umrah Taxi team arranges your refund to the original payment method.
Please send the name on the payment and the date you paid. That helps the team match the payment to your booking.
Delays on the Day
Flight Delays, Late Trains and Finding Your Driver
12. Delayed flights
Online Umrah Taxi tracks airport pickups in real time, and a delayed flight costs you nothing extra. You do not need to cancel or rebook when your plane lands late. The driver’s timing follows the flight.
Flight tracking only works with the right flight number, so please double-check it when you book.
13. Cancelled or rescheduled flights
If your airline cancels your flight or moves you to a different flight or day, message the team on WhatsApp with the new flight details before the original pickup time. Your pickup is then changed to match the new flight, with no extra fee.
If you no longer need the ride once the plans change, you can cancel it in the same message instead.
14. Late trains
Pickups from Haramain High-Speed Railway stations work differently from airport pickups. If your train is running late, message the team on WhatsApp as soon as you know. The team adjusts your pickup where possible.
The no-charge delay rule above is for flights only. For a late train at the Makkah train station or the Madinah train station, the new pickup time is agreed with you on WhatsApp.
15. Running late or can’t find the driver
Keep your phone switched on and WhatsApp open around your pickup time. If you are running late, or you cannot see your driver, message or call the team on WhatsApp. The team puts you in touch with the driver.
The waiting time for your pickup is confirmed on WhatsApp when you book. Ask the team if you are unsure how long the driver can wait.
16. If we need to change your ride
If Online Umrah Taxi cannot run your ride as booked, the team tells you on WhatsApp as soon as possible. You can then agree the next step together.

18. Changes to this policy
Online Umrah Taxi may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Updates apply to rides booked after that date. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under Saudi law.
